KATA PENGANTAR

Puji dan syukur Penulis panjatkan kepada Allah SWT atas segala karunia-Nya sehingga Lapoaran Kegiatan Magang Mahasiswa (KMM) ini berhasil diselesaikan. Tema yang dipilih dalam KMM yang dilaksanakan pada 19 Juli -19 Agustus 2013 ini adalah Metode Deteksi Virus Avian Influenza Secara Molekuler, dengan judul Metode Deteksi Virus Avian Influenza Secara Molekuler Dengan Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates. Laporan Kegiatan Magang Mahasiswa (KMM) berjudul Metode Deteksi Virus Avian Influenza Secara Molekuler Dengan Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) Di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates terdiri dari Metode RT-PCR, Metode Real Time Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction, Pengembangan teknik dan metode diagnosa penyakit di Laboratorium Bioteknologi Balai Besar Veteriner Wates.
Materi ini disajikan dengan sistematis agar dapat dengan mudah dipahami oleh para pembaca khususnya mahasiswa sehingga akan memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mahasiswa secara teknis tentang teknik RT-PCR  dalam mendeteksi virus Avian Influenza. Diharapkan dengan memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mahasiswa maka akan diiringi juga peningkatan keterampilan mahasiswa di bidang deteksi virus Avian Influenza dengan RT-PCR, sehingga akan berdampak pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan masyarakat luas pada umumnya.
